Chrusciki Bakery

The cake here is rare indeed. It's is not cloyingly sweet and flavors are artfully balanced. Most cakes I've tasted from bakeries (as well as some 5-star hotels) dump so much sugar in their recipes that it's impossible to taste any other ingredient. Also at Chrusickis, The buttercream cream is almost the texture of a whipped cream frosting, smooth and luscious. Anyway, in our area, this is far away from a traditional birthday cake you can buy in a grocery store. It tastes delicious. There are a few negative reviews so I am going to guess they have more than one baker. Or else quality control has gotten much better. One thing is for sure, there is at least one person who has a gift for making cakes.

I've rated a lot of bakeries, but this Chrusciki is the best. There's always a huge variety of food, something for everyone. Each time you go, you find something new and want to get it. All the food there is at the best quality, they are very big too. I've never seen a bigger pastry heart in my life. The staff is very nice too.

this place was absolutely amazing! Soft moist cake with great flavor! I had a large sheet cake delivered to me 45 miles away from the bakery...all arranged from out of state....and everything worked out perfectly! Definitely recommended!! In fact, after the anniversary party, leftover cake was actually stolen.
