The staff was great! I was greeted with a smile!! The young lady was very nice and polite from the moment I walked in the door and on the phone!! My wedding cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL & DELICIOUS!! My Husband and I received so many compliments. The cake was delivered to the wedding reception on time as promised! We had a great experience with Gigi's Cupcakes, Lavi was wonderful. We ordered a 3 tier Wedding cake from them and brought the topper and artificial flowers for them to place on the cake for us. we loved how the cake wasn't dry but didn't just crumble apart. We had many compliments. She was able to get the flavor combinations we asked for and make us out perfect cake and delivered early to set up in it's place. Something else they got set up for us was their app to get the reward points for ording the cake which allowed us to get extra cupcakes whenever we choose to use the points.
Great “first” experience; I hadn’t been here in over 5 years and was delighted with the owners who were friendly and accommodating. My l/o started coughing and they came right over to our table with a bottle of water. I thought that was very kind. The place is super clean and it was nice to sit, relax and eat our cupcakes, which were delicious. Strawberry for me and cotton candy for the toddler..both very fresh and not overly sweet!
