Joseph Vega knew the car that I wanted and kept in touch along the way. He let me know right away when it came in, it was perfect. The floor manager (sorry I forgot his name) helped to make the numbers work and before no time at all it was mine. Joseph was also very helpful in showing and explaining features on the new car. I'm glad to be part of this Nissan "family".

I want to give a huge thanks to Fontana Nissan for a very easy, detailed and straight to the point process. Daniel and Joseph in sales were very helpful giving a demo on my new 2024 Nissan Titan pro-4x and most importantly gave me a tour of the dealership. Another big thanks to Julian and Daniel in finance for truly helping me out and offering me the advertised “bottom line pricing” had a very good experience at Fontana Nissan. Thank you!.

I always said i would never go back to Rock Honda due to the experience I had when I first bought my car. Due to recent issues with my car and Rock Honda being close by, i went back to Rock Honda for service. My service advisor Maria Navarro was great. Very polite, professional, and reassuring. Explained everything to me very thoroughly, promised me a date my car would be ready and followed through with her promise. Thanks to her great customer service i plan to return to Rock Honda for any future services. Won't ever buy a car from them again, but do appreciate the professionalism from their service department.

Provided accurate information, the wait for the oil change was about 3 hours but they let me know right away, they contacted me right away when my vehicle was ready. I’m just glad with a straight forward answer of the wait time and information of my car and provide me with my cars recall information. I also want to add that Carlos is a great salesman with a first time purchase of vehicle and made things so easy and I had a great experience.

I always take my car in for all my services needed and it's always ok. But this time I had the best experience EVER!! MARIA help me with everything I needed to be done in my car she did her best to help me out. She answered all my questions I had and always updated me on everything. Thank you Maria.

We had our Sales Rep running around the dealership looking for the perfect truck. After a couple of hours of going back & forth, he found the truck at the right price. We will forever be a Rotolo customer.

When I first went into the dealer, I had an issue with one of the managers. A few months went by and Brian, an internet sales manager, reached out to me regarding purchasing a ZR2. Brian was very polite and respectful. He was able to run number and give me a price directly over the phone. It was very easy to go in test drive it and eventually drive off the lot. Brian completely changed my mind on how professional and courteous this dealer is. Thank you for assisting me.

David was the gentleman that helped us with our new car purchase, one of the best in customer service hands down. Helped us look at all options and helped us choose best vehicle for the best price! Our 2025 equinox, is in its brand new home! 100% satisfied.
