I have been looking for just the right home for over a year now. I found the home I wanted and was extra blessed to work with an amazing sales representative. Thank you to Cari for being with me through the entire process. There were times I came by on her days off and was always greeted warmly and had questions answered from the other representatives. Everyone in there has been super nice and extremely professional. Cari is a master of her craft and is extremely familiar with Lennar’s product.

Excellent homes with so much space, designed with great detail. Something to meet everyone's taste. Everyone should see these different styles, so peaceful, go onto the website and view for an upgrade and buy your next home here.

Very nice community. Just be nice people ,just because you pay the HOA fees doesn't mean you are the owner of this place ... I see many people being rude with the security guys or leaving trash everywhere.

There are so many things to highlight when it comes to the Citrus Lane Community and Home Buying Process. First and foremost, we want to say thank you to Christine for making this entire experience smooth, and for being as helpful as possible. Her communication was amazing and she was there to answer any questions that we had throughout this entire journey of becoming homeowners. She carries an abundance of knowledge regarding the property and her professionalism was admirable. We appreciate and value her support more than words can describe ! Secondly, the community is beautiful and thriving, an absolute great investment for anyone looking for a new place to call home. This experience with DR Horton was great and we would gladly recommend to purchase with DR Horton, for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

We visited the community twice as a family (big thanks to the sales agent, Eliana, for her kindness and patience!). In the end, we decided to purchase elsewhere. With little kids, we really hoped for a pool given the amount of HOA dues, though the small park is definitely a nice touch. Overall, it’s a lovely community!.

Ben, Caroline and Kim were excellent! They listened to our ideas, gave theirs and our yards look so beautiful! This team explained the process with expertise. We did have a problem with one of the labor workers and these three handled it with professionalism to rectify the situation with no further issues. We highly recommend this company and this team. Our front and back yard were worth every penny.

I’m glad we decided to go with Specialty Builders for our yard. They did an excellent job. Landscapers had the job done in one day which exceeded my expectations. Ron and Tyler were awesome throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company’s work.

Just had my backyard done and I can honestly say the process was quick and easy! They had everything finished in less than a week. Caroline was super honest and made everything clear for us and even went above and beyond to get us great savings. I would highly recommend them.
