I have had the opportunity to move into Vasari the minute it opened. Having lived here for over a year now, my experience has continued to be so warm and welcoming. When I first moved in, Kiara walked me through the entire process and gave me my keys! Every question I have had, the whole Vasari team, Kiara, Katie & Gabby have answered every single one and have continuously been so kind and friendly! Mark is my maintenance go to! Every time I have had maintenance questions he has been there and gets things done! Vasari has a beautiful Tuscan vibe and feels so warm and cozy! I'm happy to call this place my home.

I am extremely satisfied with my living experience at Vasari Apartments. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and professional, always going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Whenever I have a question or require assistance, they are patient and prompt in resolving any issues, making me feel very welcomed and secure. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect living environment. A special thanks to the team for creating such a pleasant and relaxing experience. I highly recommend Vasari Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and caring place to live.

AVENTERRA APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I’ve been living here for a couple of years and I love it! The community is clean and quiet aside from typical traffic from the main street, and the office staff is great! Shirlae, the manager, is amazing too. She takes the time to get to know the tenants and organizes activities for the kids to participate in, which is awesome since I’m a parent. I’ve never had any issues with maintenance because I know getting things fixed can be a hassle but the repair techs here do a wonderful job. I’m glad I chose this community to make my home!.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Whenever there’s an issue, maintenance is sent out quickly to assess the situation and is usually resolved the same day, or within 24 hours. The apartment manager, Shirlae, is amazing! She is on top of any and all concerns you may have.

I’ve been here for 2 years, and it has been nothing but a positive experience. ShirLae and her team are very professional, kind, and always there to quickly help with any of my needs. The apartments are always well-kept and clean. Also, the maintenance crew stays on top of any concerns I may run into, even after hours!.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 5 years, and pretty much love living here. It is relaxing to have a night stroll through the apartment complex and meet caring and supportive people. My overall experience living here has been amazing.

We definitely love this place, we recently moved in, and it’s been great, it’s a safe community family friendly, pet friendly great environment, and great amenities, the manager Alicia she is so kind and professional she always greeting us with a smile she has been very helpful with the application process, definitely an amazing experience. The townhouse are pretty cute and pretty well kept up nice and clean and also very important we have accessibility to shopping and major freeways which is great. We definitely recommend this place.

I'm living here from almost a year. Nice management and maintenance services. The manager and the maintenance guy are very cool. Nice place to live. All the neighborhood is nice.
