Anthony came out to us right away and was eager to tell/show us the new and updated features. We received a fair price for our trade-in and ended up driving a new vehicle home that day. Buying a car at Vern Eide Honda was a great experience! I was in Sioux Falls for just a couple of days and was referred to Vern Eide by a family member who had bought a vehicle there. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Vern eide. Both times my sales representative was Hunter Otten and the guy is great! He is very personable and didn’t apply pressure to me in any way. He has genuinely cared both times about getting me into a vehicle I’m happy with. Both times the process was smooth, easy and efficient. Wonderful staff. I was in an impossible situation and they helped me work through the mess. By the time I got to them I had lost any faith in car salesman but they have given me hope that car shopping doesn't have to be a horrible experience. Hunter is wonderful!
