Our experience with this company was amazing. The sales representatives were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The installation guys, especially Ben, were outstanding. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after installing the bed and removed all the packaging materials. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new bed. We purchased an adjustable bed from Beds By Design and really like the mattress and the options afforded for comfort by the adjustable base. The man who helped us just guided us through and offered suggestions and advice on levels of firmness. He helped us to find the perfect combination of layers for the both of us! Now years later it is easily the best money we have spent together. The mattress is holding up great and we sleep very well on it. Glad to know that if we ever have problems there is a trusted local business we can go back to to change layers or fix a defect. I'm not even ashamed to say that I had a really good offer at another local business I had done some freelance work for in the past and we still went with Comfort King. Amazing experience. 10/10. Dylan helped us out and he did a fantastic job. He gave us the lowdown of how they make their beds and how they’re better, and we could even watch them build them in the factory with their sweet window wall. I didn’t even think my fiancé and I were going to make a purchase since we have a few months to wait, but we couldn’t say no. They gave us free delivery and free mattress protector.
