Great service! I work from home so they were able to come pick my car up for me and drop it back off! I had an oil change done and they did a complete review of my car for free! I was able to look at pictures of my car and look at everything that it needed to have done. They listed things that needed to be done sooner rather than later and things that I could wait to do. I was able to approve the items on the list for them to work on and they were able to get them done for me! They do offer loaner vehicles incase the work will take some time to get done. I’m very grateful for 12th street Auto Care! Very informative and polite team! Hands down the best shop in town.

Can’t recommend this auto repair team highly enough. I chose 12th street auto for their great reputation and am very happy with my decision. Had an appointment within a couple days of submitting an online service request and had my vehicle up and running and ready to be picked up within a couple hours. Customer service was reliable and outstanding.

I really appreciated that they tell you what measurements they expect to get and how it compares to what the measurements for the car itself are. It made it easy to understand and felt like they were engaging in honest and open practices. Prices seem reasonable too, though I haven't shopped around too much so I can't confirm on that end.

Chris's auto was able to get my car in and fixed right away. They did a bumper to bumper inspection, pointed out things that would need attention soon and fixed what I brought the car in for. I appreciated that they let me know without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. I will definitely be bring my vehicles there for all my mechanic needs.

I have had my vehicles worked on at Meineke for a long time now. And when I take it to Meineke they fix the problem and it stays fixed. Great customer service and support. Very knowledgeable on what needs to be fixed, and they have reasonable prices.

They were able to handle a short notice visit from me to replace an alternator and treated me well. Staff and owner were super friendly and helped me get back on the road quickly.

Professional friendly service. Fixed my AC same day, still working great a week later. Reasonable pricing for quality service you can trust. Would recommend 10/10.
