The vehicle was great upon pickup. Just wanted to let you know that Lucy was great! I mean GREAT!! She delivered amazing customer service, was very professional, answered all my questions that I had, and provided me with all the information. Since I came without my husband, I was a bit nervous about whom I would be dealing with but Lucy and Shay from financial made me comfortable and answered all my concerns. I usually don't write this long review but I just can't stop myself from saying all the good experiences I had at Nissan Elk Grove. Really appreciate Lucy. We were a Toyota customer and so far still own 4 Toyotas but surely Nissan will be our next choice again.

Special thanks to Carlos and Franz for helping me buy a used Mazda MX-5 Miata. As we were arriving to the dealership Carlos was already waiting at the lot to welcome us, that's a plus. He had the car ready for us for a test drive and everything went well. They both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional for the whole buying process. Got a deal that met my range and now I am enjoying the car everyday. I will definitely recommend Carlos, Franz, and this dealership to the others.
