I spoke with Lilliana over the phone for a week or so until I had the time to visit the dealership. Once my daughter and I arrived we were treated very well and everyone we dealt with was very professional. Cliff in sales did a great job promoting the brand, identifying the benefits of the various models, and seeing the deal through. Lilliana found the AWD model we were looking for and, not only did she arrange for a dealer swap, she went out of her way to go to the other dealership to pick it up. Buying a car can be a chore, and it’s not always a pleasant experience, but this dealership is doing things right. Clearly they are hiring the right people and leading them in the right direction.
