Grace is amazing! Everything went so smoothly I told her exactly what I wanted and I came out the same day with a brand new car. Other places like Sunrise Ford hound you and it feels transactional. Yes I know it’s sales but it’s good to make the customer feel comfortable especially when they are going to pay thousands of dollars for a car. Again Grace is amazing! Jimmy was my financial advisor I’m not sure the titles unfortunately. But at the very end when I signed all of my paperwork I was with Jimmy and he is amazing too. They were both very patient, understanding, and compassionate! Great car buying experience. Buy Honda, stay away from Ford.
