Great service, communicates with customers well during the process. Did have to add on to the repair from original quote, but they provided pictures and good information prior to me saying yes. Billy did not force the extra repair on me like some shops will do. It was a necessary repair, and actually saved me money on a future repair. Will return for service in the future.

Proctor Automotive is the BEST. These guys are dependable, trustworthy and affordable. I've been with them for 15 years and trust no one else. They'll have you up and going in no time, whereas others don't. Jimmy, Jay and Billy are the best Three Amigos.

The service was great. I had a warranty issue. They got me in and took care of the issue quickly. My service gutted Jay was really good and helped make the whole experience better.

I would recommend Tom's tire pro to anyone who has an issue with their car or truck or whatever vehicle you have I had an issue with my check engine light on they did a diagnostic check found out what the problem was it was the Mass air flow sensor they let me know what it would cost to fix it Tom's tire pro took care of my problem and charge me a reasonable price for the issue thank you Tom's tire pro.

Steve, Daniel & Spence have been so amazing to work with. As a female customer, I have always received amazing communication about what is needed on all of our vehicles. We will be forever Tom Tires customers! God bless.

These guys did great! Another shop refused to do a repair, but Toms got me in right away, and had me back on the road quick. Thanks for the help.

We we 50 mile from Abilene, we were recommended Gary’s Automotive, as no one else could get us in for repairs. We called Gary’s and they were extremely helpful in locating the part needed and worked us into their schedule. By the time we made it to Gary’s, our car finally died. They were very kind, helpful, courteous and professional when dealing with us and had us back on the road in a short amount of time. We are very thankful to the employees of Gary’s automotive for saving our vacation.

Honest people. Highly recommend. Work gets done in a timely manner. They will be my go to place from now on.
