3 Best Hotels in Abilene, TX

This place is BEAUTIFUL! I wish we could have been there for more of our stay but we were in town for the regional track meet so we were literally gone all day. The pool opens early, they had 2 valley pool tables that I really wish I would have got to use, the suite we had was above average and there is a restaurant on location. The staff were all welcoming and amazing and the free breakfast was on point! We will definitely be back,

Had a wonderful experience with this hotel and staff! There was an initial issue with booking but Debra was very kind and helpful. My husband enjoyed happy hour and the pool was calm enough for our 4 month old to float for a while. Room service was good and we enjoyed our room immensely. Will definitely make our way back.

WONDERFUL!! Beautiful atmosphere, kind customer service, clean & peaceful rooms. Indoor pool was great also! So many extra perks than anything else locally! One suggestion would be to step up breakfast options but overall BEST HOTEL IN ABILENE that I've experienced,

Driving cross country on Saturday and got hit with a horrible storm coming out of Fort Worth, TX. Got thru that, but another part of this storm was coming into Abilene and I didn't want to risk it. This location was directly off the 20, which was really convenient. I came in late, receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. She was washing windows when I came in. Got a double queen room. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was good. The employee was trying to keep us all fed because it seemed like everyone came right before breakfast ended at 9am. Good assortment of food; eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, muffins, breads, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal...I was quite satisfied and made a bagel sandwich to go. Morning receptionist was also very friendly and we chit chatted as she checked me out. Cleaning staff was coming in as I was walking out and they were quite friendly.

This is the second time I’ve been to this hotel and both times were great. Room had a little smoke smell but nothing that bothered me. Room was overall very clean with clean bedding and bathroom. The check in process was simple and quick with friendly staff. Breakfast I skipped as it wasn’t very appealing but it was the usual stuff. Coffee could have been a little less watered down but still good. Parking was ample even with the amount of construction personnel staying at the hotel. Only odd thing I can mention was my last night here was the day they had changed over from old card reader to new ones for the room door while I was gone and no one thought to mention that they would be changing them out. Overall a great stay and will stay again.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay at this beautiful hotel. My town was declared a disaster because of the heavy thunderstorms causing flooding. And I had not knowingly booked a non-refundable 2 night stay. I emailed the manager and she cancelled my booking with no fees! And was very kind and caring about my situation. Truly a blessing because I was under distress over the flooding and the hotel situation. So this was a HUGE BLESSING! Manager was amazing.
