MIDAS ALBANY REVIEWS

The management at the shop is honest, friendly, and transparent. Service is done professionally. They take care of you if they make a mistake, hassle free. When they changed my car’s discs and pads, the dust shield must have gotten bent as it started rubbing and making a whirring noise. I took my car back to the shop and they fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Noah was very personable. He let me know every step of the process. I really like the report that was sent to me through text. The price was great. Noah was honest and made sure my experience was the best possible. I will continue to go back to the Central Ave Albany location.

Noah from Midas had the best customer service I've ever encountered. I thank him and his team for helping me get my car back on track! I appreciate them all for the hard work they did.

MR. TIRE AUTO SERVICE CENTERS REVIEWS

Five stars! I can't say enough good things about the employees at Mr. Tire. I blew out a tire on the Northway and slowly made my way to their shop, arriving close to closing time and without an appointment. Charles, Paul, and Manny went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain my options and helped me make the safest decision for my car. They even priced tires with me and went the extra mile by driving to another location to get the tire I needed. They stayed open late just to ensure I was driving home safely. Thanks to their exceptional service and genuine care, this is where I will always be going for my tire needs. Thank you, Mr. Tire.

Pat and Shawn were incredible. I was in Albany on business with a blown tire. They got me squared away with four new ones and had me in and out in under an hour to get me back on the road to Rochester. GREAT service - I’ll be sticking with their service.

Pat and his team were very helpful. They did a great job fixing my tire and made good conversation while I waited.

MONRO AUTO SERVICE AND TIRE CENTERS REVIEWS

I recently visited Monro Auto Service and Tire Center to address a seized wheel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They replaced my rotors and brake pads, and their work was absolutely top-notch. What stood out the most was their incredible flexibility with pricing—they worked with my budget without sacrificing quality. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in great shape. I highly recommend Monro for anyone in need of reliable, affordable, and expert auto services. Great work.

First time trying Monro. Tony & Sloan provided an excellent experience. They got me booked for a convenient time, were on-time, and got my oil change done expeditiously. They spoke with me in a friendly manner and were a pleasure to work with. I will certainly consider them for my future needs.

I am pleased with the quality of work performed. They explained what needed to be done,I needed a new exhaust system. The job was done the same day and at a fair price, I was a walk in.
