MIDAS ALBANY REVIEWS

The management at the shop is honest, friendly, and transparent. Service is done professionally. They take care of you if they make a mistake, hassle free. When they changed my car’s discs and pads, the dust shield must have gotten bent as it started rubbing and making a whirring noise. I took my car back to the shop and they fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Noah was very personable. He let me know every step of the process. I really like the report that was sent to me through text. The price was great. Noah was honest and made sure my experience was the best possible. I will continue to go back to the Central Ave Albany location.

Five stars! I can't say enough good things about the employees at Mr. Tire. I blew out a tire on the Northway and slowly made my way to their shop, arriving close to closing time and without an appointment. Charles, Paul, and Manny went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain my options and helped me make the safest decision for my car. They even priced tires with me and went the extra mile by driving to another location to get the tire I needed. They stayed open late just to ensure I was driving home safely. Thanks to their exceptional service and genuine care, this is where I will always be going for my tire needs. Thank you, Mr. Tire.

Pat and Shawn were incredible. I was in Albany on business with a blown tire. They got me squared away with four new ones and had me in and out in under an hour to get me back on the road to Rochester. GREAT service - I’ll be sticking with their service.
