3 Best Car Repair Shops in Lowell, MA

I’ve been driving by this place for years until I was at the gas station across the street and realized I needed a mechanic for my roadtrip. I took a chance and brought my car to them since it was the closest place. Immediately I was greeted Ibrahima (the manager) who was very pleasant and eager to help. He knew I was pressed for time and assigned someone to my car immediately. That person was named John and he was very knowledgeable and informative about what was going on with my car. It was more than I thought and due to my schedule I had to come back for more work. Where I met another mechanic Aaron who was also just as amazing. They all made sure I was comfortable because I also had my toddler with me each time. They fixed my car and I felt confident leaving the shop. My new mechanics.

CP& T is a great place to take your car for service, they have been servicing my car for years. The mechanics there are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I took my car there 1/4/24 met Ibrahima who was very pleasant and professional, I got an excellent car service. I loved how I got an update of every problem they found while serving my car and options that were available to fix it. My car is running great, and was very pleased when the owner Peter reached out to me today and asked how the car was running. These guys are passionate at what they do and are a great asset to the city of Lowell.

Always quick service, low wait times. Easiest place to get an inspection sticker. And they do body work too. Friendly and reasonable pricing.

I’m writing this review from the waiting room amazed at how kind the employees here are. I came in for brakes not knowing what to expect for pricing. My car is 4 wheel drive. The guy was honest and took me into the garage to show me what he saw and explain everything to me. He told me only my back brakes needed to be replaced. Any other place would have done all 4 brakes for the money. They did find a ripped boot on my front axel but said it’s not something that needs to be done right away. I can do it another time. Again, any other place would have made it seem urgent for the money. I haven’t even been here an hour and my car is almost done. I’ll be paying $499 plus tax when another shop would have charged me over $1000 finding “problems” that need to be fixed. I definitely found my new mechanic.

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful! They noticed I was a first time car owner and needed to get my oil changed. They helped me understand how everything work and what I needed! I had asked them for a check up in the car so I was aware of what else I needed to fix and they sent me pictures of everything and organized them from what needed to be urgently fixed to what could wait a little bit. They also gave me different options and cheaper ones as well. I could tell they cared about my finances as well lol. Another thing I really appreciated was that before I had even asked them to fill up my tires, they already did and free of charge as well!! They really care about you and your vehicle! I love it there.

All the men who work here will dedicate themselves to provide top of the line service while proving they are the best for this job. They value your time and will make sure you’re put back on the road better than when you pulled into their parking lot. 5 stars from someone who rarely writes reviews.
