My wife and I have been renters for the past 10 years and this is the fourth different apartment we have lived in. I'll admit I was wary coming in here because the apartment management companies tend to treat you like a number and they don't make you feel all that special. That was NOT the case here at Loft 27. From day one Victoria in the leasing office made us feel welcome and we didn't have to worry about anything during the initial application process because she knows her stuff and stays on top of things. The rest of the crew in the leasing office has been very friendly and helpful as well, plus the maintenance team led by Javier do a great job maintaining the building. I highly recommend this location if you're interested in a loft-style apartment!

I’ve enjoyed living at this property. Maintenance is very responsive if I ever need something looked at or repaired. The office staff are wonderful as well. Danny is always super accommodating and helpful whenever I need something. Victoria and Sara are also wonderful. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience as a resident at Jackson St. Lofts!

We loved working with Victoria! She was so friendly and made our leasing process pain-free by responding to all of our questions promptly. We can't wait to move in!

RIVER PLACE TOWERS REVIEWS

The 5 stars is solely for the maintenance team. Cody and the other workers constantly go above and beyond to ensure my apartment is clean, safe, and well maintained. They help outside of the apartments as well whether it’s lending an umbrella to tenants getting to their cars in the rain or helping to load up the elevator with your groceries. The maintenance team themselves makes living here a lot more bearable, even with some of the other downsides the complex has to offer.

I absolutely love living here the building and grounds are kept up in pristine condition. The office and maintenance staff are always professional, caring, compassionate and polite with any issues or concerns you bring to there attention. The building is quiet especially for an apartment building of it's size. I would definitely recommend moving here to anyone looking for a great community and a permanent place to live. I will definitely be renewing my lease for many years to come.

I have lived at River Towers for a year. I have lived in alot of places. River Towers is the best place to live. They are on top of everything. They keep the place very clean inside out side as well. I really love living here. It's so quiet which is so important to me.

WESTMINSTER VILLAGE REVIEWS

live here and love it!! It's been 3 years now. They have a pool a playground and they keep the grounds nice and clean..there is always someone here cleaning up and making it look good. There is a little store out front but they charge 5 times the amount of a normal convenience store..there is a dentist, a pharmacy, an awesome pizza place, a dog grooming place and a daycare right out front. I personally have not seen any drug activity myself but I have been to some office meetings that the Lowell police and management have put on and they have had some success in removing certain tenants..it hasn't been an easy task but it's getting done. Overall I love living here and my buildings tenants are the most awesome tenants to live next too.

I live here and it's great. They have a pool for the summer and a convenience store I go to a lot for food and drinks and cigarettes. The apartment is nice and roomy and comes with AC. I recommend this place.

Cleaning up well since they added LPD to their security.
