Roger always goes above and beyond to help when there’s a maintenance issue in my apartment - he was just able to locate a cracked pipe in my wall and repair it to resolve a long-standing problem I’d been dealing with. He did so quickly and efficiently, and explained what he was doing along the way so I understood what was going on. He is always so kind - I love having Roger working in the building, he’s the best!!.

Rodger always does a great job. Yesterday my washing machine stopped working and I put a work order in and he came to our apartment on time. Seeing that the washing machine could not be fixed Rodger replaced our entire washer dryer. He did a fantastic job today and we have the unit he brought installed.

Roger was amazing! He came by super fast and handled the issue with my toilet like a pro. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful — he made the whole process effortless. Definitely one of the best maintenance guys I’ve ever dealt with!.

live here and love it!! It's been 3 years now. They have a pool a playground and they keep the grounds nice and clean..there is always someone here cleaning up and making it look good. There is a little store out front but they charge 5 times the amount of a normal convenience store..there is a dentist, a pharmacy, an awesome pizza place, a dog grooming place and a daycare right out front. I personally have not seen any drug activity myself but I have been to some office meetings that the Lowell police and management have put on and they have had some success in removing certain tenants..it hasn't been an easy task but it's getting done. Overall I love living here and my buildings tenants are the most awesome tenants to live next too.

I live here and it's great. They have a pool for the summer and a convenience store I go to a lot for food and drinks and cigarettes. The apartment is nice and roomy and comes with AC. I recommend this place.

Cleaning up well since they added LPD to their security.

I love this place, I have been here about 4 years the staff actually cares about your well being. It quiet and larger then all the other apartments in Lowell and its also closer to the highway. This is a no brainer!!!! All apartment I toured before that were ghetto and roach ifested. I have never had any issues, maintence gets to me immediatly and I park my car in the garage. I'm not sure why people are saying parking is hard to get, maybe they dont want to pay for it, but living downtown is a privlage and i always have parking espcially when there is a festival in twon! I feel so secure here!.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years and could not be happier! We have a beautiful, spacious apartment that we love. The staff goes above and beyond to attend to the needs of the residents. They are efficient, attentive, and all around great people. Special shout out to Javier who, on the few occasions we've needed some help in the apartment, has been extremely responsive personable and friendly. He gets the job done. All in all, this is a great place to live.

We have been living here for the last almost year and have loved it! Spacious apartment, great maintenance, Victoria has always been great on the leasing side, overall really sad to have to be moving.. thanks for making this such a great home for us!.
