Good hotel for the price. Loved the price I got for my one night stay. I was very happy and surprised that the hotel is PET FRIENDLY! With pet treats in the front lobby to accommodate them. Clean hotel as well.

Kim deserves a 5 star she was very accommodating helpful and friendly always had a smile on her face. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job during our stay.

Great experience! Very clean. We had a problem with our first room and they were able to move us to another room without hassle. Linda was very nice and accommodating.

FAIRFIELD INN BOSTON TEWKSBURY/ANDOVER REVIEWS

If I could give a 10+ rating I would. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers made me feel like family. The property was well maintained and clean. Every question asked was answered. They do have a buffet breakfast and unlimited coffee, an area to purchase snacks, juices and sodas. The room was very clean and modernized. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will return in the future. I would be recommending this location to others visiting the area.

I would like to specially call out Sikano (hopefully spelling his name right) who went out of his way to be so very kind and accommodating! He worked nights - was always pleasant and sweet whenever we asked for anything. Our room was neat and warm during the icy/snowy time of the year.

I stayed here a week ago and I would definitely stay here again. Staff and patrons were very nice and friendly. The area was very clean and the neighborhood nearby felt very safe.

My daughter and I have been staying here a lot lately due to some personal challenges. The staff here is truly awesome. Laura at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. Alex in the restaurant has been a life saver, my daughter has made some odd food/desert requests and he has been unbelievably accommodating. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious. Gal treats everyone like a regular and always greets us with a smile, Carlos makes the most amazing omelettes I have ever had and Carmen is always making sure everything is stoked and clean. The pool is great too, the gym isn't huge but has all the basics. I like that the property has more of a rural feel to it but is only an exit or two away from shopping centers and other local attractions.

Was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Rita at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She told us information about the local area information about the hotel and was just a pleasure to work with all around very positive worker!! Would love to have somebody like that on my team any day of the week.

Gail was awesome in banquet. She was so helpful accommodating, and really went the extra mile with everything. We really enjoyed talking with her in the morning as well.
