BG Automotive

Visiting from out of state, I was hesitant about using an automotive shop that was new to me. My sister referred me to BG Automotive. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. The technician went on a test drive with me to discuss the problem, gave me a report on the condition of my vehicle, a list of suggested repairs, and pictures of the parts needing repairs. I asked what needed to be done to get me back home, they gave me an estimate, ordered the parts and promptly started the repairs. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be and the price was the same as the estimate. They also worked with my warranty company, which was very helpful. I am very pleased.

What a pleasure to deal with real professionals. I needed someone knowledgeable with diesel engines so i took my truck to them. Truck went in on Tuesday morning by 2pm I had a detailed inspection report with photos of the parts in question and a photo of who did the inspection. Wow never had that before. Truck was finished on Wednesday. I needed a starter and a few other things done. I will use B & G in Fort Collins from now on for everything. Frank and Mike were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys for getting my truck back so quickly.

Ive taken my care to the dealership for all my car needs. Toyota, like all dealerships, appointments are several weeks out. BG Automotive worked me in on a serious car issue same day to diagnosis the issue and parts and repair was done the next day. Their service advisors are so extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt handled my car but they are all great. The mechanics are wonderful, evident in the way my car drives now. Thank you BG Automotive!! You have a customer for life!!
