La-Z-Boy is the premier furniture (couches, rocking/ recliners) I grew up around, in my Grandparents home. They are timeless and the best quality because they keep their shape and comfortability over time. The fabric is soft, but durable…it doesn’t wear easily. So, of course it was a dream realized to go with my Mom to pick out a beautiful couch, knowing the memories that will be made sitting on a La-Z-Boy couch for many years to come…just as they were in my Grandparents home. We were helped by Sloane Curtis at the Fort Collins store and she was very helpful and kind, answering all questions and helping with color swatches. Thank you, Sloane.

We were greeted as we arrived by a pleasant sales associate. She let us browse and was available to answer our questions. We were sold after sitting on their loveseat with a Tempur-pedic cushion, adjustable lumbar and headrest, and it was on sale. We've owned Lazy Boy from this gallery for a few years, and our new loveseat and coffee table look wonderful in our living room. Sloan took great care of us in choosing a color and guiding us throughthe sale, and our items were delivered ahead of schedule.

So far it’s been great!!! Liz was incredibly helpful with ordering my sectional. She was diligent about being certain she covered all bases, answered all my questions! I have had La-Z-Boy pieces before and I special their quality of construction and durability! I felt very comfortable when my ordering process was complete and now anxiously await the arrival of my new, beautiful addition to my living room.

We had looked online for storage beds at furniture Row so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. When we walked in, we were greeted by Nick who gave us some time to look around. When we had made some preliminary choices, he was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the different products, as well as availability, price points and delivery. Later that day, after looking at our bedroom furniture, we called him back with our choice. Payment was made on a secure site so credit card information was not given over the phone. Overall, the whole process was easy and enjoyable; Nick was a very helpful sales person; and we would highly recommend shopping at Furniture Row.

Nice selection of furniture. We had already shopped their inventory online and had a couple of loveseats picked out as matching our needs. We were able to try out several at the store and easily narrowed our choices down to the one we wanted. Nick was able to answer all our questions and made the purchase process and delivery setup easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend Furniture Row to others.

These guys went above and beyond to get me my future and make sure I was completely satisfied. Brandon the Manager and Nick our salesman even delivered and set it up themselves to make sure I was happy!! Best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time! Absolutely love my new sectional.
