C & S Auto Repair

My engine light recently came on and the dealership had over a month wait until the next available appointment so I called C&S Auto on the recommendation of several friends whose vehicles are in tip top shape. They were able to schedule a drop off appointment for the following week. The drop off process was seamless despite there being quite a few cars and clients. The communication was frequent ( after diagnostic and after work was completed) and professional. The staff took the time to explain what was found, their suggestion to turn off the engine light but then also a few additional pieces of the puzzle that would address some concerns I had. After explaining all of this, they were very clear that they would do whichever of the things I wanted done. In terms of cost, not only were they competitively priced with other shops but the true ticket cost came in under what was quoted to me over the phone after diagnostic which is always a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would be very comfortable returning to this shop for future service.

Outstanding service as well as customer service!! Truly of the highest business integrity. Was notified of an requested service that could have cost me alot but was informed after inspection that the service wasn't needed. I appreciate their honesty and the great attitude to do right by the customer. Recommend 10 out of 10. This is my third time using C&S and each time I have been a totally satisfied customer.

Wonderful service! I had a bad vacuum pump that needed replacing in my Suburban and it was diagnosed and fixed within two hours of arriving. I had my kiddos with me and everyone was so kind and accommodating to us. It made me feel at home! Pricing was fair and everything I needed done was clearly explained to me. Will definitely continue to use C and S for all future car needs and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy and professional auto shop.
