The customer service here is outstanding! We were stranded on the way to a family vacation in Colorado and they were the only company willing to work us in given the circumstances. Thankfully we got a rental car and able to continue while they worked on our car. The service manager called me every day to update me and tell me the research he was doing to ensure the problem was fixed because of course it wasn’t an expected problem given the age of the car. When they finished, he test drove our car several times and went further than normal to ensure a safe drive home. He seemed genuinely concerned about our safety and the car working properly for the 10 hour drive home. What a blessing to find Christian Brothers! We can’t thank them enough for fixing our car and getting us back home on time.

I had the most pleasant experience at Christian Auto Brothers start to finish. The location is convenient and they offer a shuttle for those who don’t have a ride. Every single person I encountered was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and go through the digital report. Not once did I feel I was being talked down to or ripped off, which many women have experienced at auto shops. My car was fixed promptly, correctly, reasonably priced, and with thorough communication throughout the process. CBA is my new go-to for all automotive needs. Thank you guys! :)

We took our vehicle for an oil change and road-trip check—up. Not only were they fast (done in under an hour), but they didn’t find anything- which I feel really speaks to their honesty. I can too easily imagine another place finding something small even if it wasn’t necessary. This is the only place we take our cars and we’re always satisfied. They are great communicators, do good work, and are honest. Definitely worth waiting to get in!
