Fantastic as always! This is my third time using this shop. They did a very comprehensive inspection. Gave me a report with the findings. We then discussed a plan to address the issues. I intialy brought it in for an oil leak. They suspected there was two leaks. Front crank seal and the upper oil pan seal. They suggested to replace the front crankshaft seal first. There was a chance the oil was migrating from the front seal to the oil pan and not leaking from there. They replaced the front seal promptly. Cleaned up the oil pan....it wasn't leaking! Saved me big bucks! I will always bring my imports to these professionals! The use of the loaner vehicle was greatly appreciated.

My son's 2013 Jetta had suffered a lot of minor damages and delayed maintenance issues. HWA gave it an incredibly thorough going-over, sent photos along with the estimates and had very clear pricing. William went over everything with me both over the phone as well as in person, and was able to save me some money in the ways we decided to approach the car's issues. By far the most professional mechanic shop I have ever been to. 100% would recommend
