I came into Dr. J automotive thinking I needed a wheel bearing replacement. As soon as I pulled in Steve helped me and immediately pointed out the real issue which was the power steering system. After taking it in for some testing he called me back and told me that nothing needed to be replaced it was just really low on Power steering fluid! Steve was very helpful and professional! I liked the open communication with him over the phone when I called for a quote and the amazing customer service when I brought my car in! He was straight forward and made everything simple and easy to understand would highly recommend to anyone I saved about $400! Thanks again!
