If you’re looking for an honest, no non-sense car repair shop, look no further. The group at Greulich on Scottsdale Rd are truly one of a kind! Miguel was our service tech and he is hands down one of the best in the industry! He gave us a comprehensive list of urgent needs, upcoming needs, and inspected/safe items…all with photos!!! He made the process so easy to understand and never pressured us to make decisions. Pricing was very fair and service speed was lightening fast.

We are thankful we found an honest repair shop for our car 2 weeks into a 9 week road trip. The team worked to diagnose our mystery problem and resolve it within a timely fashion so we could get back to enjoying our trip. They communicated clearly throughout the process of diagnosing our leak and were happy to take time (multiple times) to discuss our repairs. They provided written documentation of the vehicle inspection and included photographs. All in all, we will use them again when we pass through next time!

Kurt and his team at Greulich's are absolutely outstanding. They went out of their way to obtain a part I needed then installed it promptly at a reasonable cost. The place has a great vibe; it's immediately apparent that his technicians and other employees enjoy their work. They're near my home, but I'd drive extra miles to get to the Greulich's at Scottsdale & Shea. I heartily recommend them for any autocare needs.
