After visiting different companies and showrooms, we are VERY pleased with what we finally purchased from La z Boy. Firstly the quality of the products seems to be excellent, secondly the pricing is super competitive with other higher quality stores. Thirdly, very important, the sales person, Alex, is very informative and accommodating. We changed our minds several times on fabric and styles and she was quick to change our order each time. The decorator, Jill, was equally friendly, knowledgeable and while we haven't had delivery yet we're sure of the choices she directed us towards will be super.

Amy has done a wonderful job of helping us select the right chair for comfort, fit, and style. She also helped us select the fabric that will coordinate with our current decor. She is very personable, professional, and an effective communicator. She is an effective communicator as she listens and asks good questions. This all helps for her to show us appropriate options. We enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her.

From start to finish working with Alex and company at La-Z-Boy Scottadale was fantastic! Alex went out of her way to make sure we created a living room that my husband and I were both happy with. We highly recommend not only the furniture but also working with Alex.

The after Christmas deals here were wonderful. It was nice to see a store that actually had some good stock. We the definitely come back to this location for our future shopping. The only constructive feedback I have is the associate i kept encountering clearly hates her job because multiple times we tried to interact with her and she was not friendly at all. She ignored isnanytime we encountered her. We bought a lot of merchandise and filled our entire suv and she seemed quite irritated with having to deal with the amount of items we purchased.

I LOVE AT HOME! This place has the friendliest most awesome employees. I’ve been to this store a handful of times and every single time we get really lovely customer service. If you subscribe you get 10% off your first purchase after that (online or in-person). Worth the sale especially because the holidays are coming up and you’ll receive so many discounts on products.

This store has so many things to look at you can't do it all in one visit unless you spend the day. I enjoy going there sometimes just browsing sometimes with something I'm looking for specifically. Very courteous checkout clerks. Great selection of flameless candles which I enjoy purchasing.
