Hello future residents! My husband and I have lived at San Tropez for 1.5 years now and have absolutely loved our time here. The leasing staff is very attentive, and the maintenance comes to take care of any issues almost immediately. The grounds are beautiful and are being maintained every day to make sure your living experience is exceptional as soon as you walk out of your front door. We also partner with Apartment Life and the management to put on 3 events every month for all residents and friends! You can expect to see residents connecting with each other at the dog park, on walks, or at our events every month. Overall, we would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a prime safe, Scottsdale location.

lived here a year and a half in 2 different units and it’s honestly going to be hard to leave! moving from out of state the process was made super easy and very organized. the leasing staff is always friendly and great at answering phone calls and emails. maintenance is also really great! usually get whatever needing fixed in 1-2 days. the property is constantly being taken care of (trash picked up, grass mowed, etc) and the location is my favorite part! we brought home our first baby here and we were both confident in feeling safe walking around the complex and behind on the green belt!

San Tropez is a great complex that cares about building community with the tenants. Through their partnership with Apartment Life, they host many events on property to help build relationships and create a fun environment on the premises. I have personally attended several events held by Ryan and Madison Schaefer, who have done an amazing job making both myself and others feel welcomed. They have held events such as free Oreganos, Chick-fil-A, private yoga sessions and bouquet making. I highly recommend living here if you want to know your neighbors and have an elevated apartment living experience.

I've been living at Broadstone 2 years now and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! The management here is so friendly, thoughtful, and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The facilities are beautiful. On top of that, you can walk everywhere you need! There are so many events on the waterfront throughout the year and the views are beautiful. If you want to feel the life of the city outside with relaxing, luxury on the inside, this place is the best!

So many positive things to say about Broadstone waterfront! After living here for 4 years, it will be hard to not miss all that this place has to offer. It is safe, the amenities are nice (and clean), and the front office/maintenance team are kind and efficient. Victor cares about the residents and makes you feel welcome with every interaction. The location is prime, you can walk everywhere, and meet so many awesome people who end up being friends even after moving from the complex!

lived here for 8 years, greatest spot to live in south scottsdale. victor and the team are incredible, it's a tight knit community and always improving its amenities. I wouldn't live anywhere else, you're in the heart of waterfront, very walkable and can treat it like a miniature city. we're surrounded by the best restaurants and scenery, strongly consider broadstone waterfront as a place of residence if you're searching the area, can't beat it.
