I ordered sympathy flowers over the phone on Saturday and they were promptly delivered on Monday. Living in California, I was not familiar with this shop prior to a simple google search and I was very pleasantly surprised. When placing the order over the phone, the woman I talked to was very sympathetic and kind in helping me place an order. They also send an email receipt that outlines the message and what you ordered to confirm accuracy. Once delivered you receive an email letting you know they arrived safely. The arrangement was tasteful and fresh. We paid ~$90 for this arrangement pictured. We’ll definitely be ordering flowers from this shop again for our friends and family in the Scottsdale area.

The flower arrangement was so much better than I imagined!!! They were super friendly, patient and helpful on the phone, delivered the next morning and my friend cried happy tears!! Her dog passed away and this was a very tough time but thank you for making my friend feel loved and supported with this beautiful gesture!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Anthony and the shop are AMAZING. I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday and the flowers look exactly like the picture on the website. He also delivered the flowers at the time I requested. I would highly recommend them for all your flower arrangements in Scottsdale.

I ordered a flower arrangement with Birds of Paradise one hour before Cactus Flowers was ready to close. I was amazed of how fast this arrangement made for me. It was made beautifully too.
