Honest 1 auto care is truly that, honest! I moved to the area a year ago and had been getting my car serviced at Toyota under warranty. After my warranty ended, I went to Toyota a few more times but just wasn’t happy with any aspect of the dealer. My friend recommended me to Honest 1 after they helped her diagnose an issue on her car that another auto shop caused. The second you walk into the building you’re greeted with happy smiling, representatives! Every person in there is polite, friendly, and caring. They go the extra mile in every way—from making the customer feel comfortable, to diligently providing auto services. My car was completed within the same day or dropping off (without scheduling an appointment) and it runs incredibly. I highly recommend this place!

Their Honest name is an honor for their services. We took our mini van with a lot of issues and they were very honest about the estimate and repairs. Very prompt response and very good communication. Highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly knowledgeable and the place had a feeling of repair shops up North. The prices are reasonable and competitive to other repair shops. I felt confident that the repair was done correctly and professionally. Will go back for other mechanical issues with my vehicles.
