I had the opportunity to visit the property, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and engaging. Marvin was particularly knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the renting process. Although I'm not sure I'm ready to rent just yet, the positive interaction made me consider returning to rent an apartment with La Vue for sure.

I’ve been living here since 2013. I moved from a one bedroom into a two bedroom in 2020. Overall my experience here has been very pleasant. There have been some issues during my stay but nothing that I would consider horrible. The office staff is always very helpful. The maintenance staff has always been prompt in responding to requests. I’m only considering moving because of the high cost of living here in South Florida.

My apartment had a water leak and ensuing mold problem from it. Upon notifying Luis (the head of maintenance) about the issue he jumped right into action. He notified the property manager Roxana and called their remediation company to schedule someone to come out the next day. After inspecting the issue, Roxana and Susan (the assistant property manager) then quickly created an action plan and had workers out there immediately to remove the carpet, fix the issue, do mold remediation and replace the flooring over the next few days. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They let me know who was coming to the apartment each day and what work was being done. I have to admit I was seriously dreading this whole process and how it would all play out but Roxana, Susan and Luis were truly Great!! They really made me feel like they cared and that this wasn’t just my problem. Thank You!!!.

Had a great tour experience! The property looked as amazing as it did in photos! So well maintained and beautifully landscaped! Great amenities as well. Saw a few units- lots of options and all are in great condition and inviting. Susan was so friendly and helpful on the tour, and Erick has been great and so responsive during the leasing application process. Looking forward to becoming a resident!.

Very clean and well run complex. The Grills and pools are always clean. Very fast and friendly maintenance crew and Erick in leasing has been great to work with too. The staff are always happy to help and go above and beyond. Great community!!.
