Just bought a used car that runs good except for the alignment. Chris, Amanda and others were all as nice and helpful as can be. They are very busy but there is a good reason why. Their service was also excellent even though there prices are lower than any other shop. I will be going there from now on. Thanks to everyone at Jesse Britt's!

Hey everyone! I just spent three hours at the best automotive care center around Waco! Being a single mom, I was very nervous to take my new used vehicle in to have checked out. Chris and the whole team are fabulous! Great personalities and very professional. Jesse's Automotive is very friendly, I knew they would take care of me. Jesse, Chris, Thomas, Amanda... and the two guys that refuse to wear the heart head bands, kudos to you!

We were on a roadtrip for a nonprofit and had an issue, so we stopped by to see if they could help. Not only did they help, but they also had absolutely amazing customer service! Took great care of us, fixed us up perfectly, and were super friendly! They also have amazing prices! Will definitely go back the next time I'm down this way!
