The location is kept clean. There’s not trash overflowing from the cans by the vacuums. The few times I’ve had interactions with the employees, they’ve been pleasant. And they actually do a good job scrubbing the back of my vehicle before I enter the wash. There’s always plenty of towels stocked and there’s cleaning products available to use for free as well. Prices start at $10.

Kira took great care of me at the car wash. From the moment I pulled in, she was professional, friendly, and on point. She explained the wash options clearly, made sure everything was handled quickly, and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about customer service and doing the job right. My car came out looking spotless. If you get Kira helping you, you’re in good hands.

Landon and Shelby helped us out at the white Water express car wash. Shelby made sure all the bugs were off the front of our car , and Landon came by to check we had everything we need to wipe down the car. They both had excellent customer service. Vacuums worked great , 10/10 car wash.

Andres was such a good help. I could not figure out how to put my new car in netrual since it automatically puts it in park. He was so kind to help me with this. My car wash was nice.

Wash Masters always does a great job, but this time they truly went above and beyond. After one of my kids got sick in my car, the team was incredibly kind and thorough, and made sure I was happy before I left. They gave me a fair price, explained everything clearly, and even told me to come back if I noticed any smells after it dried. I’m very grateful for their care today. Highly recommend!
