Dr. Sumant Lamba is an interventional cardiologist and is a valued member of the First Coast Cardiovascular Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. He got his medical education from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, and completed his residency in cardiology at Wright State University. He followed a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Cincinnati. He then served professionally at three hospitals: Good Samaritan in Dayton, the University of Kentucky in Lexington, and the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Lamba is the Director of Coronary Interventions. He works with a team of 15 people to provide expert care for patients with heart conditions. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu to better communicate with his diverse patient base, enabling effective and meaningful interactions. He is accepting new patients and telehealth appointments.
