Dr. Satyen Madkaiker has been nothing but great to me over the last 2 years. He is a very cool guy and a very smart doctor who ACTUALLY listens to how you feel! Which is very rare in doctors today. I can tell him what is wrong/ is bothering me and what meds have worked/ hasn’t worked for me before and we then work together on finding a way to treat whatever condition is bothering me. He will remember conversations we had from months ago and ask how my life is gong in that regard, which I’ve never had a doc do before which means a lot to know you are actually being heard. He does not have a big egotistical personality like many doctors. He is a genuine doctor who believes in the oath he took to do no harm. The ladies who work in the front are great as well and actually answer the phone at this establishment. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND DR S. MADKAIKER.

I have no idea how I am So Fortunate to have gotten Dr. Madkaiker as My Psychiatrist & I've been able to continue getting his expertise for years now. Almost didn't even need a therapist with how he was able to dissect complex problems immediately and distill day-to-day problems into opportunities and give me new ideas to think about. Dr. Refai is a great psychiatrist. He is an expert in finding effective treatments as well as a compassionate physician who truly cares about his patients. He has tremendous wisdom and can always help even if treatments with others have failed. His counsel and advice are priceless.

Dr. Refai listens well and not only addresses every problem, but informs me about what is going on. I feel comfortable speaking to him about my issues, he seems to understand.

Dr. Farooque listened to my concerns without judgment. I was able to be completely honest with him. We explored treatment options together. This is the first experience in which I feel as though I have a say in my mental health care treatments. I am grateful for Craft Clinic and Dr. Farooque.
