He completed his residency in internal medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Khan completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, followed by fellowships in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He is a member of the Sangamon County Medical Society and the Illinois State Medical Society.”
