Everyone was very accommodating. I love the new dr. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Tallie was extremely attentive. The new retinal test found a problem that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I'm grateful. And their glasses package was great. I've been coming here for years and will continue to. Thanks.

Ashley was very helpful and listened to what I wanted in glasses. I do not like to pick out frames and did not want to spend a lot of money. She listened!! Love my new glasses.

I bought regular sunglasses from them and have had them for 3 years! Quality! Most friendly people also! I have been going there for many years.

My experience was 5 stars. Waiting was short and people were pleasant. A big shout out to Jacob D - Tech he was so professional made me feel like he was very competent, efficient and friendly at his work. Also one other person was John - Asst. Manager whom I found to be easy to express what I was wanting found what I was looking for and glasses processed order with suggestion explained fully everything. Was a pleasure to work with him and he was professional, listened and I and my husband left the store feeling confident my choice in glasses and lens was good.

Dr. Atkins was professional with a great bedside manner. Great customer service from Monique. Edeina was helpful and patient. We laughed out loud as I chose my glasses. Great selection of glasses. All around enjoyable visit!! LensCrafters White Oaks nailed it for me!!!!.

The whole team was great! Check in was easy and fast. Dr. Atkins was so kind and very professional. I felt very comfortable. John helped me in the retail with buying my glasses. Super nice and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience all the way around. I will refer to others.
