Dr. Michael Gen completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Colorado and his fellowship in interventional cardiology at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University Health. He focuses on reversing and preventing heart disease. Dr. Michael Gen is experienced in interventional cardiology, vascular disease and intervention, structural heart disease, heart failure, lipid management, pacemaker placement, nuclear cardiology, and rhythm management. He specializes in complex revascularization and has extensive experience with structural heart disease, including performing TAVR and Mitra-Clip from their early approval stages, and non-surgical closures of PFOs and ASDs. Dr. Michael Gen is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and the American Society of Angiography and Coronary Intervention.
