When he and his assistant came over to do the work they were very professional, punctual, and diligent. Stan does an excellent job in explaining the work. They were meticulous about putting things back when they were done and vacuuming. Great competitive price - I researched two other companies in the area before going with SV. So glad we did! Our family highly recommends them!! We will be returning for more business.

Well first off, the technician was very polite, he introduced himself. Then asked if he could look at the carpet first before he started. Then he informed me that he could remove the stains and then begin to spray and treat the stains. I sat on my porch while he started, and then he call me and asked me to take a look. I shook his hand and told him thank you very much. I will definitely be recommending they to others who need great work done.
The two gentlemen who came to service my apartment for steam cleaning were very professional. They wore shoe covers, & got the work done. I was there when they came, but had to leave a go to work. They were on time polite and got the job done. My daughter said they had done an awesome job. Will be using again in the future, I highly recommend the service.
