Very impressed with Jake who came out to give a project quote for replacing my furnace. He was very thorough and discussed all of my options. I'm happy to be working with him and the JCF team. I also was very pleased to have Justin come out to do the annual inspection of my HVAC unit and make recommendations for what needs to be done to either replace or repair the 18 year old system. Both were very professional, efficient, and easy to ask questions. Highly recommend JCF.

Carlos of John C Flood and his team did a fantastic job. They had the water main break repair/replacement completed in 2 days. Water was restored on day 1, and lawn repaired after inspection on day 2. They were very professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work done.

Brian provided excellent service by thoroughly reviewing our plumbing issue, diagnosing the problem, and quickly identifying what parts were needed. He provided options and a clear estimate and timeline for the work. He showed me pictures of the issue and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I appreciated that Brian was assigned to complete the work a few days later so there was consistency. Brian also went above and beyond to make our young puppy comfortable with the experience! It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment with Cardinal and we will be utilizing their other services as well.

Jake came out to assess a blocked up kitchen sink and had it snaked and working again in less than an hour. I appreciate how quickly he fixed it and honestly the price was on point to the level of professionalism and swiftness of service. This is my second time using Cardinal and definitely recommend.
