Excellent work. Rugs looked fantastic. Most impressed by the knowledge of owner and staff about rugs and the various cleaning options to match the type of rug. Answered my questions with lots of detail and information. Prompt and reliable communication. Rugs are cleaned outside the home at the cleaning facility. Pick up and delivery were scheduled for specific times and MaxCare arrived on time. Very professional. Highly recommend.

The service was great throughout the whole process. Scheduling was very easy and the staff was pleasant. Pete did an excellent job and was very kind to myself, my family, and my dog.

My first impression with John Dean was so great! He was so professional and very nice! I just love his humor! He was ready to clean my carpet from the moment he came into my home. He did an awesome job! My carpet is now beautiful, my home now looks brand new.

Carter did an amazing job on our carpets. We ended up having to leave when he came to the house. We completely trusted him and he locked up the house and texted us that he left so we were able to set our house alarm. Way to go Carter. We will definitely us him again.

Jon was awesome. He did a thorough job in an efficient amount of time and he was very friendly!! The carpets look fantastic.

They were quick and did an amazing job. Our carpets and tile look brand new. Best prices and service in town. We’ll only be using them for our floors.
