I was having issues trying to pay online and so called their afterhours customer service provider was terrible. They claimed I owed three times more than I did. Having rented from the location for 22 years, I was very frustrated. So I wrote a scathing review here. Very soon after that one of the owners called and explained the hiccups they were having with recent updates to the online payment system. I work in IT, so I totally understood. They also expressed much dissatisfaction with the afterhours customer service provider they had hired. They then provided a way to pay my bill and even gave me a discount to compensate for my time and stress. This facility is clean, easy to access, at a good location (especially for students), family-owned and highly secure. But most importantly, the owners are responsive to their customer's concerns and are striving to provide the best storage facility they can.
As a customer for two full years, I can't say enough about how nice the owners are. Friendly and courteous. I moved my stuff out three months after paying for six months and they gave me a refund for the unused time without any questions or even a walk through inspection. I'm glad I found this storage unit place and highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Clean and secure storage units. Easy to get ahold of someone on the phone. Returned my deposit within a couple of hours after contacting them that the unit was empty, on a Sunday! Would highly recommend.

Great storage option! You can rent a unit from a kiosk out front. Which you can also buy a nice disc padlock from for a fair price. (Which I suggest) The owners are extremely nice. I would rent a unit from them again.
