Fortunately, we have not had much experience with funeral homes. But if I were to make a list of expectations for help through this process, I would say the entire staff went above and beyond anything I could have put on my list! Clay, Sara, Samantha, and the other staff members could not have been more genuinely caring and helpful. The chapel was set up very tastefully, and was perfect for how we wanted to celebrate our final memories of our Dad. Despite bad winter weather conditions, they had everything under control and took care of our family like we were part of theirs.

I cannot express enough times how wonderful everything was. From the first phone call to the final payment - just exemplary. Samantha Renner was my contact person. She is a wonderful, wonderful person who went OUT OF HER WAY more times than I can mention. Even as far as driving to my home to bring extra ashes when I realized I had forgotten to order for my mother's siblings. I would be willing to shout from the mountaintops how happy I was with the services Memorial provided to my family during an extremely difficult time.

My mom did not plan for her passing as she could and should have done. What the family wanted is not.what we could do, due to fiance. Staff handled the harassing family members calls and helped work with our very small life Insurance so we wouldn't have to worry. I live in California and the staff kept in touch with me and told me when she was laid to rest as I had to return back to California before she was buries. The staff helped every step of the way. I appreciated every second of their time.

Heartland Cremation was very helpful during a very difficult time. Hannah was so patient, answering my many questions, listening to my breaking heart, and walking me through the unknowns that I didn't ask.

Wish I could give them more than five stars. We had a celebration of life for my mother in law. The place was beautiful the staff was great. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I had a prepaid cremation plan from ten years ago. They honored it without question and with real caring. Very honest people.

Recently, in mid June 2024, my Dad passed away. He was a veteran and as such had certain things needing to be put in place to honor him and his service to his country. I live out of state and it was a quick unexpected passing. I was so worried about how to manage all of the details while traveling and in a terrible state of grief. Thank you to Ryan and the staff at Parker-Millard. They were knowledgeable and willing to help with all of the challenges of my tight schedule and were helpful with the needs I had in managing my crazy, weird, and difficult family in a time of uncertainty. They were instrumental in making a beautiful service happen while integrating the veterans benefits and helping with the military honors my dad deserved. The final salute to my dad was beautiful and meaningful. The help and guidance from Ryan and the staff made the services the easiest part of this difficult situation. Thank you to all for your thoughtfulness, kindness, and guidance. I hope I don't need your service often, but I definitely have a reliable friend in the business I can fall back on. I can't say enough about the staff and services provided. I am truly grateful.

We worked with Raynese from Parker-Millard to plan my dad’s funeral, and she was truly a comfort to work with. Incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating, she guided us through every step. Thanks to her support, what could have been an overwhelming process felt much easier and more manageable. She was also flexible and understanding when we needed to make some last-minute changes, which we truly appreciated during such a difficult time.

Parker-Millard assisted with the services for both my parents. Their wishes were very different and our Funeral Director, Marti, assisted us with making sure each service was perfect. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist with every detail. After the services were over, they followed up to see how we were doing and assisted with ensuring the marker was ordered. Truly exceptional customer service.
