Zack and John were excellent. Zack patiently explained the procedure before and explained after as well how to keep the carpets clean and achieve the longest wear. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves and finished the job throughly. I have use Carpet Pros several times now and have been happy each time with the quality of the work and the price.
