Calling an HVAC company almost always means something has gone wrong in your home, which is undoubtedly stress-inducing; but my experience with Catlin and his team (most recently Tyler) has always been exceptional. Very easy to coordinate with, very professional, and best of all; incredibly transparent and helpful for a non-mechanically inclined customer like me. There has never been so much as a whiff of the sleazy up-selling tactics I have experienced with other providers. Just great consultation and straight shooting. I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Phil N. Great. They worked hard to get my HVAC repaired and serviced as quick as possible and were very reasonably priced. Their repairman, Tyler, was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always here when he said he would be. I highly recommend this company.

ComfortPro always delivers such quality work. I am a member of their service club and appreciate that they reach out to keep the service happening on time and just last week when our thermostat went down they were out that day and took care of the maintenance that kept my wok from home conditions pleasant and comfortable. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable and we are ready for the next season of who knows what weather in NC.

Alex was so helpful in inspecting my furnace and AC units. He kept me posted about issues he found as he discovered them, explained them to me in depth, and showed me so I could see the issues for myself. He is also an absolute gentleman! I am very glad to have had Comfort Pro LLC perform our maintenance this year

I have had a few dealings with Ideal and they have all been very good experiences. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They take time to explain everything and make sure that I understand. They are on time, dressed appropriately with the booties to cover their shoes when they come into the house, they greet me by name and introduce themselves. I find their rates for service to be reasonable too. I highly recommend Ideal!!

I used Ideal Services for both residential and commercial needs. They are the best. I really like how they take pictures of the work they complete and send it back. They also take the time to explain what they are doing in a way a lay person can understand. And to top it off their prices are extremely competitive. I have a service agreement with them and it is well worth it.
