George was also refreshingly honest and never once came across as pushy, which made the experience feel genuine and low-pressure. It’s rare to come across someone so professional yet approachable. Highly recommend working with him. He is a great asset to CPI!.

We met with Rhonda who helped us pick out exactly what we needed to cover our new home. Carlos was our installer and could not have been more amazing! He was quick, organized, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful about where we were placing everything in and out of our home. The technicians for ADT are the best! They are very interesting people and are competent. I could redesign their instructions booklet to match the ease of using the handheld and new wall units. I like the simplicity of the new system. I am appreciative of the upgrade to 5G and wished that was clearer from mail and email communications. I hope we all (existing customers) get on board so our alarms systems will work in an emergency. Also liked calling in, customer service was on their game as well. (We the consumer, must be like herding cats!) Been a (Brinks/ADT) customer for 18 years and like the flexibility of the company to keep up being responsive! Ha ha! I love the scramble!.

Great job! Showed up on time and did what was required. He even helped me with my security camera settings and repositioned one of the cameras on the outside. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional.

Angel was wonderful (and how awesome is it that he is a Guardian Angel?? - just saying!) He arrived on time and made sure to walk me through every step of installation and how to use the system. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Also the system is just cool! It integrates with my phone and is very user-friendly. The screen saver on the entry pad is a really nice touch, too!.

Angel updated our system and installed a video doorbell. He was very knowledgeable and only made recommendations he thought were necessary. He provided us with enough training to get us started and encouraged us to watch the tutorials. We are very satisfied with the service and care we received from Guardian protection.

The technician that installed my security cameras was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. He was very patient with me. He was on time and worked very efficiently. Highly recommend for any security installations.
