German was great. We needed help fast after discovering a leak in our kitchen and we were able to get help in less than 24 hours from him. He took his time to talk me through pricing and options. German was very open and transparent about the repairs and costs. German took that same level of care when doing the work and cleaning up the work site upon completion. I would absolutely request him again.

Roto Rooter sent someone within an hour of my call for help. My plumbing problem was solved in minutes. They were easy, quick and efficient--not to mention friendly. Lifesavers!

Our plumber that came did a great job!! Knew what the problem was within ten minutes and got it done in an hour. He was very nice and respectful. Didn't even make a mess!!

My usual plumber recently retired, so I needed to find a new one to replace 2 outside faucets. I gave Cary Plumbing a call and I am very glad I did. From the initial call to ask questions and eventually set up an appointment to finalizing payment, Lindsay was a pleasure to speak with. The appointment was excellent as well. Donnie arrived early and finished before his estimated time while still doing great high quality work. Thank you to Lindsay, Donnie, and the entire Cary Plumbing team for making the experience such a pleasure. I think I have found my new plumber.

Our hot water heater went out right before Easter. Karen was such a pleasure to get us set up quickly with an appointment. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up and left zero mess. We will continue to use them for our future plumbing needs.
