Jesse and Cherokee were our technicians this morning, and they did a fantastic job! They were prompt, polite, and very thorough in explaining the process for cleaning our bedroom and hallway carpets. They used a special pet stain cleaner, and showed us via a black light what was being cleaned. I really appreciated the extra time they took to explain everything. I highly recommend Hoerr Carpet Cleaning, and can't wait to have them back to have them clean the tile and grout in our bathroom.
Colt cleaned our carpet a few weeks ago and did an incredible job! He was very professional and courteous as I was working from home while he was completing his services. Colt worked very efficiently but did a meticulous job. I highly recommend Hoerr Carpet and Colt!
