Our technician, Paul, arrived at the designated time. We agreed on the number of rooms and rugs to be cleaned. Soon the work was begun. We have hardwood floors and he treated two area rugs in the garage to make sure the wood floor was not threatened with any water issues. Good point! When he left, my carpet and rugs looked excellent! A good investment in the life of my carpets and area rugs.
