Tom did an excellent job! The carpets were in poor shape. He did an extra cleaning step to scrub the carpets and worked with our budget. We are waiting for the carpets to dry, but so far the carpets look great! He provided us a video of the water that showed how dirty the carpets were. Glad we had them cleaned! We will continue to use Tom for all our carpet and tile cleaning.
