3 Best Handyman in Clearwater, FL

am writing this letter in response to the amazing job and professionalism of handyman Tim Faber. Allow me to begin by stating the struggles that my wife and I had in acquiring someone to install our wall panels. We fell in love with a unique 3-Dimensional design wall panel that was made out of what home contractors and handymen alike would consider to be “weird” materials. Time and time again we would have potential installers come in; only to tell us that they had never worked with this material before and they were not comfortable doing the installation. Months passed, when finally Tim came to our door, and while he claimed to have never worked with the material as well, he displayed tons of confidence that he could get the job done and on top of that offered numerous creative ideas that we had not considered. Tim is an honest and committed worker, who never took shortcuts while doing our job. He was always on time and extended his scheduled obligation to the job just because he wanted to ensure quality above all else. He got the job done and by far exceeded our expectations. Tim Faber has all the characteristics you would expect from a hired handyperson- character, experience, and above all genuine professionalism.

WOW… I have to say, I am very impressed with The Handyman Company. Ron was fantastic. He explained everything to me very well, emailed me pictures of the before and after work. The invoice was very reasonable. Ron was extremely pleasant. He worked with my tenants. They loved him too. I am a Property Manager who deals with many service companies. This company has been the very best so far. I will be using their service for my other rental properties.

Their employee, Mark and Jack, were personable, professional, conscientious and, above all, competent. I fully intend to use them in the future with the condition that Mark is assigned to my project.

I recently purchased a new home in Clearwater FL, and even though we had an inspection done, after arriving we realized there were major plumbing issues. Gregg was the first handyman I called and after speaking to him for 5 minutes I realized he was the perfect man for the job. He was at the house right away and worked tirelessly to get the issues resolved, showing me what the issues were and doing everything he could to quickly and professionally fix the issues. His quick response and support stopped what could have been a massive disaster. We discovered even more plumbing problems and without his help it would have cost me thousands to fix. There is a great relief to know that someone takes pride in their work and has honor to get the job done right the FIRST time instead of just putting a band aid on it. His prices are very reasonable and he will always be my first “go to” if I ever need anything done again in the future!!!

He arrived on time and assess the situation at hand. Decided opening the wall was not necessary to fix the track and back rollers on the Pocket door. He manipulated the door for several minutes with a screwdriver, pliers, and a lever and everything was secure. His time from arrival to leaving was about 45 minutes. Everything clean, no damage to the door, or the framework.

Gregg took my old sink vanity that was in poor condition and replaced it with this nice vanity I had picked out. The process seemed complicated but Gregg was very thorough and made sure no details were missed. Very much exceeded my expectations!
