EXTRA SPACE STORAGE REVIEWS

We went to two Extra Space locations and both were extremely helpful and friendly. Lara and Preston (at the Belcher location) were clearly concerned about our needs and worked towards our best interest. I needed RV storage but will also return to either of these locations for any other storage needs.

I've had several units at this location over the past several years and have had a great experience. The facility is always clean and the service has been great any time I have questions. Once I dropped some items on my way out but didn't realize it. The office tracked me down and I was able to get my things back that I thought were gone forever.

I have been with Extra Space Storage at two different locations for several years. Today I worked with Kyle and he is an outstanding professional account manager with a smile you can feel in his voice. Thank you Extra Space on Hercules, you guys are AMAZING! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Public Storage, largely thanks to Crissy. I wasn’t happy with the first room I was given, but Crissy went above and beyond to help me find a new one that worked perfectly. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was sorted out to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Christy was incredibly helpful, as we had to coordinate a storage space rental after the 2024 hurricanes. We highly recommend this location, as well as the 4500 34th St location with Misty, to everyone. Great experience at both places. Thank you!.

The storage units here are so well kept. Everything is very clean and protected. Easy to access. They have extra levels of security so that your belongings are safe. Ria has been incredibly helpful since we first signed our lease. She went above and beyond to make sure things were working and about our unit.

Jackie was really accommodating and helpful when we had to move units quickly. She was straightforward and took the time to give us all options we had. I recommend this place.

Verton was very helpful. First time renting a storage unit. He helped me pick the correct size and helped me understand the cost . Very kind and patient with us.
