the staff is so kind and friendly. they’ve been helpful since day one, always keeping our best interest in mind. they’re approachable and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs. the storage unit is clean, easily accessible, and has been perfect for storing our 2-bedroom apartment for over a year now. i would absolutely store anything here again!.

This is a 100% wonderful company. The facility is organized, neat and clean. Their security is modern and effective, state of the art. They have a very fine app to manage your business with them. Most of all, the people at this location are professional, accommodating and very friendly. Kyle and Lara are awesome.

I have been with Extra Space Storage at two different locations for several years. Today I worked with Kyle and he is an outstanding professional account manager with a smile you can feel in his voice. Thank you Extra Space on Hercules, you guys are AMAZING! Highly recommended.

I recently visited Public Storage, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to navigate. Crissy was incredibly helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the unit options.

Christy was incredibly helpful, as we had to coordinate a storage space rental after the 2024 hurricanes. We highly recommend this location, as well as the 4500 34th St location with Misty, to everyone. Great experience at both places. Thank you!.

Best service I’ve ever gotten at a storage unit or any service store. Jackie walked me to every unit to see if it’s what I needed and helped me find the best deal $$. She even showed me every thing she was doing on the computer with another monitor to watch from. So I watched her work through to get me the best deal. It was nice to see honest work as she showed me every fee. Super clean storage and great service.

Went to rent a unit today and David was super helpful today! Friendly, informative and quick. Took the time to take us to the different units to show the sizes and help us make our decision. This experience made my day so much easier. He needs a promotion! Absolutely exceptional service! Thank you David!!.
